• Exit I-65 at the State Road 18 exit 188 mi. marker (Brookston/Fowler), at the ramp turn left.
• Proceed on State Road 18 east through Brookston toward Delphi.
• At the traffic light in Delphi turn left.
• Proceed past the Carroll Co. Courthouse. Turn right at the light onto SR 421.
• Proceed to the blinker light at Delphi High School; turn right (Armory Rd.).
• St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center is ½ mile on the left.

From I-65 South or Lafayette

• Exit I-65 at the State Road 25 (Delphi) exit, at the bottom of the ramp turn right.
• Proceed on State Road 25 east (17 mi) into Delphi.
• At the traffic light in Delphi turn right.
• Proceed past the Carroll Co. Courthouse. Turn right at the light onto SR 421.
• Proceed to the blinker light at Delphi High School; turn right (Armory Rd.).
• St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center is ½ mile on the left.

From Kokomo

• State Road 22 west into Burlington.
• Turn right (north) onto State Road 29.
• At the blinker light (SR 29/18), turn left (west) through Flora.
• At State Road 421, turn right (north); proceed to the blinker light (Armory Rd.).
• Turn left at the blinker (Armory Rd).
• St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center is ½ mile on the left.

From Monticello

• State Road 421 (south) to State Road 18, turn left (east).
• Proceed on State Road 18 east toward Delphi.
• At the traffic light in Delphi turn left.
• Proceed past the Carroll Co. Courthouse. Turn right at the light onto SR 421.
• Proceed to the blinker light at Delphi High School, turn right (Armory Rd.).
